Order, payment & shipping

Order

Ordering products is very simple. The ordering process consists of a number of steps and your order will not be finalised until you have confirmed it.

Select product

  • Choose your product, enter the number if necessary, and press the “add to cart” button.
  • You can see that your product is placed in your shopping basket
  • You can put as many items in your cart as you want
  • When you’re done shopping, click the “Checkout” button in your cart

Personal information

In order to process your order, we ask for some personal information from you.

  • You already have an account?
    If you already own an account, you can log in with your username or email address and password by clicking the “returning customer” button at the top. This way, you don’t need to enter the requested data.
  • You don’t have an account?
    If you don’t have an account, you can create an account by selecting “Create an account?” under the address information.   You can also order without an account. You will receive your order confirmation via your email address.

Choose your shipping and payment method

First you choose an invoice address and then possibly a delivery address. With the heading “your order” you can select the shipping method. Here you can see the shipping costs and methods applicable to your delivery address.

Below   you can specify how you want to pay for your order. Only the payment options applicable to you are shown here.

Complete your order

Now make sure your order is correct and complete, or you may want to make any changes. Check out    If your order is correct, press the “Place order” button.

Pay

Depending on your billing and shipping address, you can choose from the following payment options:

  • Ideal
  • Multibanco
  • Credit card
    • Visa
    • Mastercard
    • American Express
  • Mr. Cash / Bancontact
  • Giropay
  • Sofortbanking / Direkt eBanking
  • Direct bank transfer

You will only see the payment options that apply to you.

All payments, except for Direct Bank Transfer are made through our partner Stripe.

Orders will be shipped as soon as payment is processed.

Shipping

We deliver to the following countries: Spain ( mainland, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Balearic Islands), Portugal, Switserland, France, Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. If your country is not on the list above, do not hesitate to contact our customercare@rosydrop.eu. All promotion and discounts do not apply to deliveries to the following destinations: Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla.

The shipping costs for your order depend on the country to which we need to ship. We ship with SEUR.

 Delivery

Orders will be delivered  within 2-5 working days, depending on the destination. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive SEUR tracking number, which can be used to get all the updates about your delivery.
If the contact information and/or shipping address is incorrect, we will do our best to resolve the situation. The cost of resending the order is paid by the buyer.
