Track your order
Every Rosy Drop order ships from our warehouse in Spain via tracked courier (SEUR for Spain, international carriers for the rest of the EU). You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel leaves us, usually within one working day of placing the order.
If you have an account with us you can see order status and tracking at any time in your account dashboard. If you checked out as a guest, your order confirmation email contains the tracking link.
Not arrived yet? If it’s been more than 5 working days for Spain or 7 for the rest of the EU since you placed the order and you haven’t received a shipping notification, email us with your order number and we’ll check.
Returns, refunds, and our money-back guarantee
We stand behind every Rosy Drop product with a 14-day money-back guarantee — if the product isn’t right for you, return it and we’ll refund it. Full details of the policy, including how to start a return, are on our Money-back guarantee page.
For warranty claims (damaged on arrival, defective product, wrong item received), please see our Warranty & complaints page and contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Questions before you buy
- Ingredients and safety: every product has a full INCI ingredient list on its product page. If you need allergen-specific information or you’re pregnant or breastfeeding and want to check an ingredient, email us and we’ll give you a straight answer — we won’t guess.
- Which product is right for me: our FAQ page covers the most common routing questions. For personalised advice, email us with a brief note about your skin concerns and we’ll recommend a starting point.
- Bulk or trade orders: we work with estheticians and spa partners. Email us with your business details.
Formal complaints and dispute resolution
We aim to resolve every concern in one exchange of emails. If you’re not happy with the outcome and would like to escalate, you have two options:
- In writing to our registered office (address above) — we’ll acknowledge within 5 working days and give a substantive response within 15 working days.
- Via your national alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body. The European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform sunset on 20 July 2025; since then, EU consumers resolve cross-border complaints via their national consumer authority. For Spain, that’s the Dirección General de Consumo and the Juntas Arbitrales de Consumo.
As the seller of record is Business Group Koris Company S.L. (Spain), Spanish consumer law applies regardless of your country of residence within the EU.
